 The Hungarospa Hajdúszoboszlói Zrt. has earned the "Consumer Friendly Company" Certificate.

Managing cross-border complaints:

In case the enterprise rejects a consumer complaint submitted by a Guest possessing a residence in an EU state outside Hungary, i.e. in Iceland or Norway, then the consumer may turn to the European Consumer Centre operating in the country correspondent to their residence with their complaint, in an attempt to achieve an agreement between the Parties. The availabilities of the European Consumer Centre operating in the country correspondent to the residence of the Guest can be found at the EU webpage of the European Consumer Centres’ Network, at:
